Is Superior Cleaning, Inc. a Franchise?
No, we are not a franchise. We are a locally owned and operated family business. By not being a franchise, we have a direct, vested interest in taking care of our clients.  We are very proud to be serving our clients directly.  As owners, we focus on consistently and professionally meeting all of our clients cleaning needs.
Am I protected while my cleaning team is in my home?
Absolutely. We are fully insured and licensed for your protection.  In addition, we maintain a workers compensation policy. Each associate is required to complete our formal training program which includes a component on safety.
Who will be cleaning my office or home?
A team of professional cleaners, trained and employed by Superior Cleaning, Inc. will be taking care of your office or home.  We understand this is an important question and appreciate the confidence our clients have placed in us and our associates. First, Superior Cleaning, Inc, is a not a franchise, we are a family run business. Secondly, you will be given a consistent cleaning team so there isn’t a different associate in your home each week. We complete a background check on all associates for your additional protection. As you develop a relationship with your cleaning team, you can have the confidence that your home will be taken care of properly. We develop long-term relationships that are based on trust.
Do you offer carpet cleaning service?
Yes.  This is priced per occurrence.
Do you offer window washing service?
Yes.  This is priced per occurrence.
How do I make payment for service?
We ask our clients to remit payment on the day of service.  Our clients find that simply leaving a check is convenient. We also accept credit cards and eChecks for your convenience.
Do I have to be home when the cleaning occurs?
That is up to you. We are happy to work with you either way.  Most of our clients are not at home when we clean.  After working a long day, they enjoy coming home to a clean home.  Included as part of our associate training, we are happy to arm your home security system when we leave if you wish.
Do you guarantee a specific day or time for cleaning my house?
Superior Cleaning does guarantee the day of cleaning service. Mostly because of inclement weather or poor traffic conditions, we provide a small window of time for your cleaning team to arrive. Typically, our cleaning associates do arrive at the same time each visit. If you need an exact arrival time, please call our office and we will work that out for you.
What if I need to reschedule or change my cleaning service?
We are happy to work with you.  We schedule cleanings for our valued clients several months in advance and appreciate that the need to reschedule may arise.  If you need to cancel or reschedule, please simply call or email our office with a minimum of 24 hours notice.  Please note, in order to retain the best talent to clean for you, we need to provide consistent wages for our associates.  If we don’t have enough notice to fill an open cleaning appointment it has a negative impact on our associates pay.  By working together we can ensure you receive the best cleaning service possible. Please be sure you understand our cancelation policy as we do charge a fee without 24 hours advance notice.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes.  We consider referrals from our clients a great compliment. By providing consistent and professional cleaning service, many of our new clients come from referrals. In appreciation, we will credit your account $35 off the next cleaning if you refer us a prospective new client and they retain our service.
Can I select my own cleaning supplies?
Yes. While we provide all cleaning equipment and supplies, each of our clients has their own individual needs. If you have a special cleaning product you wish for us to use such as green cleaning products, we will be happy to coordinate that with your team. Our custom cleaning program includes the flexibility for you to select your own cleaning products.
What about my alarm system?
As part of your custom cleaning service plan, we will obtain instructions from you on the first visit regarding arming your security system. Our trained associates know how to reactivate your security system upon departure, if you are not home.
How do I schedule a cleaning?

What about my pets?
Though not a requirement, we ask that you prevent your pets from entering the areas that we clean, as much as possible so your team can clean efficiently. For sanitary reasons, our associates do not remove animal excrement.
Are your employees uniformed?
Yes. All employees are required to be in uniform when cleaning your office or home.
How long has Superior Office Cleaning, Inc. been in business?
We have been happily taking care of our clients’ homes and offices since 1997.
