How long have you been in business?

We have been proudly serving the Charlotte community since 1998!

When do I pay for service?

Payment is expected at the time of service. We offer a free ACH service for your convenience. Additionally, we accept credit cards, debit cards, Zelle and e-checks. You are also welcome to use your bill pay service.

What about my pets?

We love pets! Any special instructions you have will be noted on the work order for your cleaning team.

Are you a franchise?

We may look like a franchise, but we are locally owned and operated. We are not a franchise. We value our family of clients and this gives the flexibility to provide a customized service plan and pricing for your individual needs.

What charities do you support?

With the support of our family of clients, we proudly support Cleaning for a Reason which provides a free cleaning service to members of our community fighting cancer. This is a great non-profit organization that is making a difference! We have been a certified partner for many years and are happy to be engaged with our community. As we believe in giving back to our community, we also are engaged with other great charitable organizations such as the Charlotte Rescue Mission, the Second Harvest Food Bank and the Humane Society of Charlotte.

Are you Licensed and Insured?

Yes. We are fully licensed and insured for your protection.

How are your cleaning technicians trained?

We use a structured training process called CORE. All cleaning teams are trained in this process for a superior clean each time! We have many years of professional cleaning experience, in both commercial and residential service. In addition, we are not a franchise. We are locally owned and operated. Being owners, we have a direct interest in taking care of our valued family of clients.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you notify our office at least 24 hours in advance and we will promptly reschedule or cancel your service.

Does someone need to be present for my cleaning?

That is up to you. We customize your cleaning to meet your needs. Many of our clients provide us access to their home or office with a key or security code which is included on your cleaning teams work order. Your home or office will be cleaned so you have more free time!

Who will be cleaning my home or office?

A team of professionally trained cleaners using the CORE cleaning system who are employed by Superior Cleaning, Inc. will be taking care of your office or home. We understand this is an important question and appreciate the confidence our clients have placed in us. First, Superior Cleaning, Inc, is a not a franchise, we are a family run business. Secondly, you will be given a consistent cleaning team so there is not a different team member in your home each week. We complete a background check on all associates for your additional protection. As you develop a relationship with your cleaning team, you will have the confidence that your home will be taken care of properly. We develop long-term relationships that are based on trust.

What if I would like extra service?

Simply email our call our office before your scheduled cleaning team arrives and we will include it on your work order.   Many of our family of clients appreciate additional service items like cleaning the inside of your stove or refrigerator. Not being a franchise provides us with more flexibility to care for our clients.

Do you have Saturday appointments available?

Yes, we typically do which are subject to availability.  We recommend you schedule your cleaning early as possible as they book up quickly.

When do you arrive for my cleaning?

That is up to you. We customize your cleaning around your schedule. Due to traffic conditions, there is a 30 minute flexibility in arrival time so you aren’t waiting for your team to arrive!

Do you screen your team members?

Absolutely. We appreciate the confidence you have placed in us and carefully select team members who enter your home or office.

May I tip my cleaning team?

Certainly. It isn’t expected but is very appreciated.

Are your cleaners in uniforms and with all appropriate equipment?

Yes. All cleaners are required to complete the CORE cleaning process, be in uniform and have all (PPP) Personal Protective Equipment. Your certified cleaning team will bring all necessary products and supplies. You are welcome provide your own or request green cleaning products.

Do you have Gift Cards?

Yes. Simply call our office at 704-543-8898 and we will take care of the rest. If you prefer, we have formal certificates that make a great gift for any occasion!

Are contracts required?

Absolutely not. We customize your cleaning service based on your needs and there are no contracts or obligation required.
